Posse is a pop-up born from the spirit of old Westerns that flickered across our grandparents' TVs where every story proved that nothing meaningful gets done alone.
It's an ode to community, to the people who show up, and to the power of doing things together. Rooted in nostalgia but elevated through French technique, Posse reimagines classic comfort foods with a refined, seasonal approach. Our menus are accessible yet thoughtful, driven by local farms, shaped by collaboration, and grounded in the belief that good food is always a shared effort.
Our Approach
Our go-to-market approach is rooted in hospitality first, we believe the experience begins long before the food is served. Taking cues from fashion brand Jacquemus, we treat each pop-up like a distinct vignette, with its own look and feel that still lives within the cohesive Posse universe.

Rather than relying on passive promotion, we run a focused, week-long marketing push for each event, building anticipation through storytelling, evolving menus, and strategic partnerships with local food creators to maintain credibility and cultural relevance.
